Ive purchased about 5 other flat irons in the past and spent a lot of money on them. This iron is the best one i've ever owned and worth every penny! I will never waste my money on any other.

I have to say that I am very unhappy with this seller.I purchased this item in may and it doesn't work the light lights up but the plates don't get hot.The seller wants to charge me 30 dol. for shipping. I want to know am I shipping to china or is the package 30 pounds. This is the worse service even. To top that off I called the number and nobody answers it I left a message nobody called me back.

and i love them both! one at home and one at my office. they work really good much better than the ones i bought at target and bed bath and body. these ones heat up really fast, cool down quickly too when you turn it off. smooths out my hair with in minutes (although i have fine hair) but i just really like these...i have tried every kind in the past.
