The only reason this product does not get the five star rating is because I was required to use more that it prescribed and then also, if you are un-use to harsh chemicals, a beginner to hair care or novice or just experimenting, this product still has harsh chemicals in it that can burn your eyes, burn your nostrils and make it difficult to breath. I suggest putting required amounts of step two in a pointed squeeze bottles so that the product is more manageable. It was just difficult for blow drying because those chemicals became fumes.Finishing. the product left my hair incredibly straight, it was relaxed before but, the keratin treatment did not further damage my hair. Be sure to apply to your tips of hair to tame any of your split ends.
