This dryer last three months before the heating element went. I expect a bit more for something this expensive. When I contacted this seller they were rude and dismissive. I beg you to please not waste your money!

Bought this dryer in September, thought it was so cute! Then in the middle of doing a client the heating element went! How Embarrassing! Then I call Chi and they tell me I need to mail it back to them with a processing fee! Excuse me, less then a year old and they want me to fork out more money for a processing fee and than they will replace the dryer. I am NOT Happy with this!

I've been using Chi products as long as I remember. Bought this dryer 5 months ago, today while I was drying my hair it began to smoke and then blew...pretty scary!! This is the worst Chi product I have ever purchased. DON'T BUY!!!

I purchased this item in Sept 2012. Previously I had used a Chi for 5 years before any problems. This a.m. I plugged it in, nothing. I pressed the red button on the plug, turned the switch on, and the red button popped out. Nothing. I am so disgusted. This cost too much to be defective this soon. Buyer Beware!

I bought this and got to use it two times before it died. Very expensive for 2 uses. It made a pop sound and smoke spilled out. Would not recommend people waste there money. This is my first review, felt I needed to save other people money.
