The company left out pieces described in the details. The straightner did not heat properly and did not even get hot, so therefore could not control frizz as stated. I paid to ship the item back and return it . The company was very rude in their correspondence to me. They charged me both shipping and stocking fee and stated I would not receive a full refund. Even though the refund they did say I would get has never been deposited onto my credit card and I received that email on April 9th.I would NOT recommend this product or any product with this very unprofessional business!
