this product is beyond that i excpected. i am an africa american with very thick hair, after i use amika prostyler hair straightener my hair became shinny and soft. plus i do my hair within 30 minutes. before i spent more than an hour to fix my hair now half than time. thank you amika and i would definitely recommend to someone up there who is struggling to straight their hair.

I bought this straightener after I got to test it at a local mall booth, there I realized I wanted one, but for a better price. The seller promised a brand new Amika straightener, little did I know I was duked into believing a lie. The straightener I just received a little over an hour ago is in VERY used condition, seems like someone used it so much to the point that it doesn't work. Well, it definitely doesn't work as well as it was priced. I feel betrayed by not only Amazon but the seller of this property. They lead you into believing you are making the right choice, your better off paying for the whole price knowing your getting your money's worth.
