These are fakes and not made in the USA. The real iron is sealed in two spots on the box, has holograms, and has a 24 page manual. These are counterfeit.

I have bought most Christmas presents on Amazon this year. I bought the Chi for a good friend of mine and it worked for 2 days and then stopped. I was very dispaointed. i did return with a fast refund but ordering another cost me more money. I hope the new one works.

This Chi was purchased as a replacement for another one and it must have been defective. It shut off everytime it reached temperature. I was very disappointed considering the price.

I thought this CHI hair straightener will be better than the one I was using, I am so disappointed because it takes me longer to iron my hair because the heat temperature of this product is not even warm enough. Unlike my old cortex straightener it heats up to 435degrees so I bought a new one & just store the CHI that I just bought from here. i will not recommend this product.
