I recieved this flat iron as a birthday gift two years ago. This being my first flat iron, the results were okay to me. I knew nothing else about flat irons so I was glad just to own one. Unfortunately after two years, this flat iron is starting to break down on me. My hair does not stay straight anymore like it did a few years ago and my hair does not look healthy; I don't even straighten it everyday. I only use it on my bangs now. But once in a while when I try to straighten my whole head, 30 minutes later it starts to get wavy and my hair looks burned. I am now going to try out the Karmin g3 that everyone is recommending to me--hopefully I get better results.
