Everything about this product is great. The quality of the product is amazing and about $100 dollars less than similar products. The hair came in no time and was better than I expected. Keep in mind that the hairs shade may be different then what is portrayed in the picture but the picture is as accurate as possible. In my case the hair matched mine perfect in the picture but when I got it was about 1 or 2 shades darker. I would suggest taking a picture of your hair in similar light settings as the pictures posted to compare to find the closest match. The company is very helpful and timely with responses. I would definitely recommend this!!
