I have personally had a straightener from amika before and it lasted me for 4 1/2 years WELL WORTH THE MONEY....BUT...it eventually broke and i decided to by it from this seller, the first month the on and off switch was glitchy and would have trouble turning on...the cord would tangle constantly because of how they packaged it, and now my straightener wont even turn on...after 3 months...tried contacting customer service but they wouldn't do anything for me...very disappointed in the customer service and the product...now i have to waste my time going through the manufacturer and hopefully they will fix it.
