I bought this flat iron and after two uses it broke. I wrote the company and they said to return it with the receipt. I did and they had me a new in the mail in no time. I love this iron. I have curly hair and humidity and moisture in the air using other irons made my hair start to curl up. I have not had that problem with this iron.
