I had recently bought a CHI from Ulta on sale and then got this iron shortly there after. I used them both and ended up returning the CHI. I am able to get the same results at a much more reasonable price. My hair is straight and as a plus this iron has a temp control where as the CHI was set at 370; my hair is fragile and I prefer a lower setting.
