The transaction was easy. The product is NOT very good. It leaves a sticky residue. It does NOT straighten the hair. My hair felt soft for a few days, but did not actually get straight. Most of all, It caused a lot of discomfort in my scalp. I have been using scapacin since I used this product and after 3 weeks my scalp fnally feels better. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone. I used Coppolla several times in the past and will go back to the overpriced Coppola Product as soon as I can afford it. IF I HAVE NOT MADE MY SELF CLEAR.......THIS PRODUCT IS JUST AWFUL.

I used this product 4 months ago, and my hair has been straight and frizz-free since then. I am just now starting to have some frizz again, and plan to re-treat my hair. It takes a very long time from start to finish, which isn't fun. It has a strong smell, so do this in a well ventilated room with an open window. My daughter helped me to apply this to the back of my hair, which was very nice. I have been very happy ever since I used this product. Just follow the directions exactly, and you should end up with great hair!
