It smooth out the surface of my hair. But not exactly make it "Suddenly Straight" but it works well with hair dryer and some work.

But what I didn't like this product was the smell of coconut.

We have plenty product our hair and already smelling pretty good.

Additional "Coconut" smell just didn't work with the rest of pretty fragrance. If there was no smell, I would give it 3.5 stars.

This is NOT a hairspray but a lotion and it's easy to distribute thruout your hair. I recommend trying it but it has a terrible smellsmells like candle wax.

I really love this product. You only need to smooth a quarter-sized amount over your hair and blow dry and straighten. It doesn't "magically" make your hair straight, but I have a lot of thin, wavy strands that usually take an eternity to straighten without the product. This product speeds that process along quite nicely. However, you have to make sure that your hair is pretty damp before you use it because if some of your hair dries with it in before applying heat, it gets crunchy and hard. However, I still like this product and love the way it smells (like a coconut spray tan).

After spending a lot of money trying several salon products, this works the best. It's half the price as the salon products and for me, I found I do not use as much of the product as I was with the other products.

Having natural curly hair, this product really works well to take out most of the curl when blow drying sometimes when the stars & moon align, I don't even have to flat iron. However, on most days, I still use a frizz control product before flat ironing which seems to be the case for my hair with all products I have tried thus far.

I would probably give it a 5 rating; however the scent is very strong the coconut scent is as strong as tanning lotion which I typically enjoy however the slight waxy scent makes it stronger. At first I believe it was the amount of the product I was using the scent was overwhelming but now that I found I actually can use less, the scent is not overwhelming.
