I purchased black and some others. I have some grey hair. Well, it didn't cover the grey at all, unless I used the color with red tints. Then I have red streaks. It's real messy and I will never use again. I followed the directions excactly and everytime, no good results. Was a waste of money.

I'm very seasoned when it comes to dying my hair black, so I know crap when I see it.....this stuff is crap. It left my scalp mint green and its messy as all outdoors and I'm just speachless. I so wanted this to work and it has the potential to be a good product, but in its current state, no way.

Ok, so first I used this product in NEGRO which is black. I've been rinsing my hair since forever and the rinse I use to buy was discontinued a few years ago. So, I've been searching high and low for another rinse that was as good as my old one. NO LUCK for YEARS! I mean I was forced to look at my natural yucky sandy brown hair eww! I was almost to the point where I was about to stop trying to find one (side note my hair can't take permanent or demi color reason why I continue with the hair rinse). Anyhoo, I found this product and just tried it over the weekend. Its almost as if I've found my old product but better. It was thicker then the other rinses I've tried which let me know that it would stick to my hair. It has a nice subtle frangrance it doesn't have any peroxide or ammonia and when I say my hair is crazy black I mean its crazy black!! I was so happy I could have done a flip..Now, I wanna tell everybody about this semi-permanent color. and you get a lot for about 20 bucks...

Overall, this is a great semi-perm coloring product, however the color seemed to be a little off. I ordered the dark brown and it colors my hair a dark burgundy (red) at the ends. Even my beautician noticed the redness. I'm not sure if it has to do with my natural hair color or if the product just colors your hair that way.

I didn't buy this product on amazon but I wanted to share my experience since it is so highly recommended on certain hair forums. The product was very messy. I bought the brown color and my hair came out red. Too many people have experienced this so there is obviously no consistency in product preparation. Zero gray coverage. Sebastian makes a similar product which costs less so I will be using that instead.
