Well...my ISO cord broke and I was looking for an affordable iron so I bought this one. The thing about this one is that it honestly does not do the trick. I have soft curls so it really should have done the job but compared to my ISO, I feel like it leaves my hair feeling dry & a bit brittle. When I used my ISO, it would leave my hair feeling super soft. While this one may be a little less expensive than say a CHI or Izunami-you really might as well pay the extra $20-$30 to get the perfect results each time. Even now ISO has become less expensive so I would rather buy that,which I did. If I could, I would return mine but I didn't have the time to do so before so it's just sitting in my closet collecting dust. Save yourself the $60 and put it towards a better one...they are a little bit more expensive but honestly well worth-it in the long run.
