everytime I go online to consider "upgrading" to another brand flat iron, I never complete the purchase. This flat iron is just perfect. Once you purchase it, and use the item, unless it just breaks (which mine hasn't), then don't bother searching for a new one! Smooth, shiny hair is what you will get.
