I recently went to a different hairsytlist and she lightly (key word: LIGHTLY) sprayed some of this on my hair before blow-drying it. (I have short curly hair). OMG, it made my hair so soft and took away the frizzies!! I will be using this going forward. It is expensive but...you only need a little bit. It's NOT like hairspray where you spray, spray, spray. Seriously, a little itty bit goes a long way. I spray a little bit on my hair and rub it around with my hands right before drying my hair with the hairdryer.
