I ordered the one I see on the pic. I received a totally different model. Can't use it and trying to return it but so far no success. Very unhappy.

I have been straightening my hair for a good 10 years and by far this version is my favorite straightener. The only downside is that they usually die every 1-2 years, but for only $20-$30 I cant really complain due to how well they actually work. I've purchased straighteners over $100 in the past and hated their performance. So i stick with this one, unfortunately though its getting harder and harder to find because they have made a new version that's basically competely different -_-
