Bought the product, paid $107.00 for it at the mall. Then find out I could have gotten it for $30.00. Strike one. Was impressed with the Lifetime warranty...until I found out that I have to pay $30 every time I send it in....Umm...isn't that how much they are online? Their warranty is not a warranty, you are in fact, re-purchasing the item all over again. Which, by the way, you will have to do. The product does not work as well as promised, it DOES damage hair, it is poorly made. The gold plating will crack because the item gets too hot. The plastic around the plates will also crack. Strikes 2-7. To top this off...I went to the website and looked up their warranty and did a little work (which I should have done to begin with) and found that their warranty page is littered with spelling errors. () Too many strikes for me...an expensive lesson learned...Only hope someone reads this before purchasing one of their own.

I purchased this hair straightener for over 100 dollars around Christmas time last year. Within two weeks there was a crack on the gold plated section. I was told in order to replace it, I have a lifetime warrenty, it would cost 30 dollars. I paid and within 6 months, there was another crack same place. Not worth the money or the hassel. I recommend buying something of better quality which won't crack every few uses. This is a HORRIBLE product. I only wish I found it online, then I could have saved 70$ on my purchase. The only thing you will get from this is aggrivation.

I got this product at the mall also....paid $80. Sucks to know it's only $30 on Amazon. But it's probably that cheap because it's no good! It doesn't get hot enough. I have to go over the same piece of hair 3 or 4 times! Sick of wasting my time with it. Going out to get a new iron tomorrow! Don't buy it!

My hair is ridiculously curly, frizzy, and out of control. This flat iron works so FAST and so WELL that I was literally shocked. My hair is 15inches long and thick as a horse main....o and a mixture of tight little curls and lazy wavy ones. It only takes me about 20 minutes to create completley straight hair (normally it takes me about 45minutes to an hour).

I would recommend this to ANYONE for three main reasons: 1) you can adjust the temperature to crazy hot or just quick bangs job 2) it heats up so quick you don't even have time to set it down before it's ready and 3) IT WORKS SO WELL.
