Chi White Zebra

My granddaughter loves this Chi!! She actually uses it for straightening and putting a little wave in her hair. The Chi products never disappoint and Amazon is so easy to work with!

I purchased this product thinking spending the extra money for quality would be worth it, however the straightner stopped working after just a few months. And unfortunately convenient for the BEST_DEALS seller on Amazon, it stopped right after the time was up for a replacement through Amazon, even though the product shows a one year warranty. Very expensive for just a few months of use. And the seller, BEST_DEALS, won't even respond to my emails or requests for information on getting it replaced via the one year warranty. Their store front on amazon is also currently not working. My advise, not worth the money, and would never buy anything from this seller again. So disappointed!!

I ordered this product and paid $100.00 thinking I was purchasing quality instead I purchased a lemon. Stopped working after 2 weeks and what makes it so bad is that I have other curling irons and flat irons that I use as well so I wasn't even using the Chi everyday and it still burnt out after 2 weeks. Terrible product but the return of the product was priceless. My return and refund went very well so for that I'm grateful!

I purchased this Chi almost a year ago and I sitll love it!!! I use it almost everyday and it works great. I bought it to purchase my previous one that I had used for 7 years and I have had no complaints thus far. :)
