Revlon Straightener 1 Inch

This is my first straightener and it works good for me. I bought mine at target for about $20.00 and I have seen these things for $70. Wow, I needed something cheaper and the Revlon 1" Straightener Floral Pattern worked out great for me.

I have had it for about a year now and it still works great. It gets really hot if you turn it up all the way so watch out for that.

I gave this product a low rating because it does not heat up or stay heated for very long. Although I do realize this is a cheaper hair straighting product I expected a little more from it. My hair is easy to straighten and in my opinion most products would work easily, however this one did not.

Creates curves at the tips easily and the outer casing does not get hot so no worries about burning your fingers. The only thing I wish this product has was a tone or beep letting me know the item is fully heated.

I have been using this straightner but my hair is naturally curly and it does not appear to have enough heat or tension to be able to flatten out all the curls. It was a good buy for the price but its what I get for being cheap

I bought this looking for a straightener that i could use on my normal hair, knowing that revlon is a reliable brand. I was very dissapointed as it barely gets hot enough to straighten my hair, which is slightly curly, and straightens very easily. The design is cute, and I'd use this if i was looking for something with a low heat setting, It worked fine on my 5 yr old niece's hair (I don't like to use high heat things on children's hair) but its not for every day use. I found many straighteners that were cheaper, had higher heat settings, with ceramic plates, and still just as stylish. I would maybe buy this for a child learning to do their hair since it is cute and not that hot. Also, there was never any indication of the exact degree setting the straightener heats up to. I hate that. I would say this straightener gets up to about 320-360 degrees.

As far as the delivery, It arrived brand new in the packaging and was in great condition, just as if i had bought it from the store, but as a product I was not happy with it and am giving it to my niece and buying a new one.
