Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium 1" U Styler

This product arrived yesterday, and I got so many compliments on my hair today. I have fine hair, but lots of it. I also am growing out a body wave, and the other straightener I have (Zena) just didn't do as great a job as this one. It is true what they say, if you want a good straightener, you have to pay for it. I think this is as good as a CHI straightener, but I got a great price on it for buying it after X'mas $99.00 for the set!

This thing heats up quickly, it is not too heavy and it did not snag my hair the whole time I used it (which has happened with every other straightener I have had.)

I just received my new flatiron this week and am so happy I purchased it! I have very fine hair that is straight but somehow is always flipping a way I don't want it to go or gets little waves in it. This straightens my hair beautifully, but what I LOVE is the U-Curl feature. I feel like I always have "boring hair" because I can never get it to look good when I try other styling tools, but I tried adding some spirals to it the other day with this, and it was so easy, added so much volume, and I got plenty of compliments. I definitely recommend this styling tool!

This is a lightweight straightener. I have had a CHI before, and it's lighter than my CHI (if you suffer with wrist issues or carpal-tunnel). The electrical cord is not as nice as my CHI. The CHI never was heavier weight, and you could curl it up & it wouldn't stay kinked....but this Babyliss has a normal cord, which does get bends & kinks in it easier...that is my only complaint. Otherwise, it seems to heat up really fast, smooth my hair well, and I like the curling ability to use the U-side to make waves/curls...it just takes some training & practice to get used to doing it yourself. Really like the ability to use it either way to straighten or curl.
