I have used products from this brand before. Normally the quality is great and they last a long time. I purchased this iron when my last one stopped working. I thought it was a super cute version of the one I had. WRONG! It feels like you are using a toy! I have VERY tame hair. Just a slight waive, so I dont need something industrial strength. I had to go over the same piece of hair two or three times with this iron. I ended up buying a second one from the beauty supply store. You get what you pay for I guess.

My daughter wanted this because of the decorative pattern and colors and in that regard she loves it however she keeps going and using my other daughters flat iron because she says this one takes too long to heat up and it doesn't get very hot.

This flat iron is super cute and works good. It does get hot around the edges and at the tip, I've burned myself a couple times though. Other then it getting hot it's great, no other complaints here.

ive had this flat iron for about 3 years now. i have used it like 8 times. because i absolutely hate it. the "cool touch housing" is a joke. i TRIED to curl my hair with this once and the outer casing burned the hell out of my hand. its not worth the money. it barely even straightens. the plates are faded and chipping at the edges. i really would NOT recommend this to anyone other than a teen girl on a budget. it does the job. half ass. you would be better off saving up and buying a GHD or a ROYALE iron. i have a royale. and ive been using it for about 2 years. it is THE best of the best.

Leaves hair very soft, but doesn't have the straightening power I need. I don't think it gets as hot as it says it does.
