Kline Professional Tourmaline Ceramic Styling Iron

I did a search for the Chloe Professional Tourmaline Ceramic Styling Iron (Cherry) after receiving a Kline iron I realized I was mislead and review the page which states

Chloe Professional Tourmaline Ceramic Styling Iron (Cherry) by kline

If the title says it is a Chloe Professional I should expect it to be a Chloe Professional and receive a Chloe Professional

The image were misleading as well bc the images for the kline iron is the same for the Chloe Iron

except in the small red circle the name changes

but

it is a doctored photo because it is an image of the Chloe iron which is much more rounded, the Kline is very squared

also the Kline advertises that the heat is adjustable as the Chloe....it is not it only option is 410 degrees!!! it is very unhealthy to use that high of heat on your hair continuously

the product didn't come with the protective case shown either

the product was also slightly dirty with some sort of white residue but it didn't seem to have been ever used

long story short I thought I was getting a Chloe and I got a very cheap useless generic knock off

* amazon customer service took very good care of me and turned the experience around !!!!!

I just tried to use this hair straightner for the first time this morning. It was supposed to heat up quickly to 410 degrees. Five minutes later it still wasn't hot enough to even straighten my hair. If I had known it was going to be a piece of junk I would never have bought it. There is no way this is a professional straightner. The package it came in also smells like mildew. Don't waste your money on this.
