TS-2 Hybrid Professional Styling Iron

I received this iron and have had a few of them in the past from TS-2. I was expecting the same quality as I have had before but how was I wrong. In the first week the plates separated from the heating element and had melted away from the iron.. Crazy.. I am a pro-stylist and have never had that happen. I contacted folica.com and they sent a new one out... Took a bit... Then that iron wouldn't turn on after 3-4 weeks or so... I don't know what happened to quality control with these irons but they are total crap. Now I have wasted all of this time and again need new irons to work with... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I bought this product a little over a year ago and it still works like it did the first day. I have very coarse hair, and these flat irons get the job done. I believe they are better than the Chi flat irons, hence the price. They are definitely worth it though. You get what you pay for!
