I've always had CHI flat irons. I was informed by a stylist this brand is 100% ceramic, better than anything else out on the market. It is like using sand paper, it doesn't glide through my hair. It catches and it is heavy to hold. I can't do my curls with it either. I was very disappointed in this flat iron. If you section your hair and use heat protectant spray while taking tiny strands of hair it will straighten, but still a hassle.Save 84% Off
