Revlon Rvst2028Cpk1 Dual Voltage Travel Hair Straightener- 1.5"

I was going to travel out of the country, so I ordered it online cause I didn't have time to go to get one (it was a present). I receive it on time and it was perfectly vacuum packed.

So I packed my luggage and I leave.

When I finally opened it, I found out it didn't get hot enough to straight the hair. I bought the same one in Target a month before I ordered this one and I still have it, and it still working pretty well, but the one I ordered online had never worked well.

After trying to figure out how to switch the voltage, we contacted the company. I think their response says it all!!!

Only the small straightener is dual voltage.

The RVST2028CPK1 is a combo pack, which contains the following:

· One RV062 (WC5306BL), 1" Hair Straightener, rated at 120Vac, 60Hz, 170W (single voltage only)

· One RVST2020 (RC2020BL), ½" Mini Hair Straightener, rated at 120/240Vac, 60/50Hz, 30W (dual voltage)

Of the two models above, only the RVST2020 ½" Mini Hair Straightener is dual voltage, model RV062 is not dual voltage. Therefore only model RVST2020 can be used in France.
