I did not like this flatiron. My friend has an ionika flatiron and I loved it so much that I wanted to purchase one of my own, thing is I did not love this flatiron. When I first used it the tip of the flatiron clipped onto my hair and ripped pieces of my hair out. I am not satisfied with this product and I wish I would have never purchased it.
