I normally do not write reviews however this one really upset me. I purchased this item for my wife about 5 months ago. It work great up until it made a loud popping noise and stopped working. I called the company to get a warranty replacement and they want me to pay to ship the dead item to them and a $29.99 handling fee. I only paid $38 with free shipping to begin with. Its basically a joke its more expensive to get the replacement that a brand new one.
