YES YES YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY a flat iron for ALL HAIR types. i'm a cosmetology student and i do alot of flat irons i messed up my other ceramic tourmaline red pro flat iron which was great (never use relaxer to clean your flat iron :'( ) but this one is PHENOMENAL!!!! Hope i spelled that correctly lol I have cut my flat iron time down soooooooooo much and i can even take larger sections and usually flat iron even course hair on the 250 and i never have to go higher then 300 if i need it........yes it does have the higher settings but i don't even need it i ordered a 2nd one for home.......i love red pro products. if you want a really good look for straight hair i recommend using the red pro 3500 blow dryer with the comb this sucker gets hot and blows hard and drys the hair with body and shine then i use this flat iron........amazing i've been using this a week and i have gotten 3 referrals (new clients) after them seeing my styling.........remember always use a good heat protectant! :)

460 degree heat & the silicone bar works wonders. The shine afterwards is amazing as well. Took me 30 minutes tops to straighten my hair =-) . With past flat irons it would take me two hours (1 hour on each side) to flat iron my hair, because my hair is so thick. I would totally recommend women to buy these flat irons (especially African American women with very thick or coarse hair).

I purchased these flat irons from a local beauty supply store. My old flat irons broke and I didn't have $100 to buy a new set so I opted for these. I must say These work better than my old pricey ones! These are made perfectly for straightening and curling. I'm African American with natural, semi course hair. I need heat to straighten and curl my hair so the 460 degree heat setting is awesome yet my hair doesn't look or feel fried but I make sure to use heat protectant and lower the heat as often as possible. I def recommend, you won't regret it!!

I love this product! My daughter and I have natural hair and I like the versatility of either wearing it curly or straight. This flat-iron only requires 1 or 2 passes and it lasts all week. The fact that you can adjust the temperature setting is a big plus. I use it at 350 degrees. I have told all of my friends about it. And many of my friends asked what brand of flat iron I was using because my daughter's and my hair came out so well.
