I love this flat iron! I don't see why its so hard to find. Even though it doesn't have a temperature setting it doesn't burn my hair like the CHI does and unlike several other flat irons I've tried it doesn't break apart and catch on my hair. A big pet peeve of mine is having to worry about the flat iron pulling and splitting my hair but this one is smooth all the way. I've had the one I have now for about 5+ years and the only reason I'm looking for a new one now is that the plugs are loose or something because if it's moved a certain way it looses power, but that's either improper storage on my part or just old age. I will say my number one complaint is that the top part of the flat iron gets pretty hot not just the plates but the outside too so you have to be careful. Otherwise its a pretty good flat iron for the price.
