I love this flat iron. I usually don't use flat iron because I don't know how to use it. I used a hair dry that had a curly brush. I used to straighten my hair that way. With this this I love. I love the roller inside the flat iron. It make it easier to use. I love the removal brush. It made my hair extra straight than I ever seen it before. This was TERRIBLE. I purchased this hair iron as a gift and Jim's Warehouse sent a used product. There was not an originial box or DVD. The warning tag was ripped off. However, the worst part was the hair. There was long black hair wrapped all around it. I was very unhappy when I opened this and I will never do business with them again.

This is not as cool as it looks on tv it's kinda hard to use,it pulls hair and really,a flat iron works better and gives more volume
