Herstyler Straight And Curling Iron

I purchased this Iron and you get what you pay for. The heating plates do not touch, leading to my hair not getting straight at all, just getting caught in the elbow of the iron. When curling, because the plates don't touch, it makes my hair all frizzy and gets caught in the gap. Its painful to use and definitely worth being returned, I could get a better quality straightener for the same price at Walmart or Target, so that is where I'll be shopping next time.

Do not buy! Awful! Did not last past first use. The casing is cheap. There are no instructions included in the box. It was nearly impossible to figure out the release to use it as a flat iron. When I did,it didn't matter because the two sides didn't squeeze together well enough for adequate straightening. As a curler,same issue but it didn't matter because it literally fell apart. The casings came off,the plates unassembled,screws popped out,wires exposed. The only positive thing is it gets pretty hot but it didn't matter if you couldn't use it because its in pieces. Put your money to a reliable item.

This item came broken and is so fragile. No wonder its broken. I had to return it. Both blades do not go very close each other either. No good.
