I love my Chi flat iron! It works great, heats up quickly, and doesn't damage my hair! Also love the Chi heat serum that came with it! If you are buying the Chi on amazon make sure it says that its sold and ships from amazon otherwise you might be buying a fake.

It's the only brand I use, makes my hair super shiny and minimal breakage. Its the best CHI so far.

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas. She turned it on the day after Christmas and used for exactly 5 minutes and then the iron got cold. She realized the light was not on. She tried unplugging turning it on and off and nothing. She brought it to me. I tried another outlet and still nothing. This iron was really expensive. Her cheap iron is still working great, she went back to using her old iron. Very dissatisfied with this product.
