So I ha a turbo pro iron that I bought for 220 bucks and it burnt my hair like crazy. So I purchased this iron because I gave that one to my sister. I am so glad I picked this! It makes my hair so shiny and soft. My hair literally shines when I pass it through. I used the tresemme heat tamer spray and omg ! My hair came out beautiful. My mom tried it and my sister. They both fell in love with how shiny and bouncy their hair is now. I love this iron!

Bought it for my daughter. I'm not sure who loves it more, me or her! Wonderful for the price! Works great!I'm not really sure what the floating plates thing does. but it seems to be good for my hair. my older flat iron was a Remington and after flat ironing my hair would smell burnt and it would be fluffy. this flat iron made my hair straight, smooth and shiny. and I love the color. hair doesn't smell burnt at all! smells really good using my Garnier heat protectant.
