So I ordered this and read the directions five times before I attempted it. The english instructions are not that great to be honest. It took about one to two hours to do my hair. I almost lost all the leave in conditioner because it's like water and I almost poured it all in my hand in the first go. It also has the temp in Celcius instead of Fahrenheit. But the flatiron should be between 350-365 F. After I finished my hair was dry, frizzy, smelly, and stiff as hay. I almost cried and it only got worse as the two day wait to wash went by. BUT, after two days I washed my hair and the hard brittle frizz that was my hair was suddenly straight and soft. It was amazing. Everyone can't stop talking about how great my hair looks. It now takes about 5-10 minutes to do my hair instead of over an hour. I would recommend this product to anyone but caution to follow the directions to a tee and to expect your hair to be not so fabulous for the first few days until you can wash it.
