So far so good! Love the thin line of the plates and that they are longer then some so I can't get more of my clients hair in at one time. So far the only issue I have is I wish it had a digital temp display instead of 1-50 dial. Not that big of a deal, just was use to my old readout. Now if it will work for me at my salon for a few years, I will definitely be happy. Bought it because it was rated one of the top flat irons for doing Brazilian Blowouts which I do.
