My daughter cannot stop raving about this item. She says her hair has never been so straight. She was very pleased.

I can live with the color, but it's not nearly as quiet as I had hoped. Actually, the dryer is quite loud. Next time, I will likely buy a professional model. The flat iron is nice, but I feel it should have been ceramic. It works, but it's nothing to get excited about.
