I wish Clairol had never ever changed or "new and improved" their old product...they even got rid of the only 2 colors I used and replaced it with one that wasn't even near a match...so not only did they ruin...in my opinion...not only did they ruin their perfectly wonderful hair color, but they took away "all" the colors that I could have used..that was 2 colors in all and they replaced it with color that I have no use for what so ever...it isn't even a "sort of near" match for my hair.
I am sorry to say they have lost a customer that has been truly loyal for almost 35 years! I have no idea of what the Clairol company was thinking...I have always lived by..."If it isn't broken...don't fix it"!!! If I could have given this product 0 stars I would have.I tried this hair color twice. It hasn't lasted long and it didn't really get my dark roots. It colored the hair in the front well but not the back. not sure why. I know reds are hard colors in general to maintain, but I think I will move away from this brand and try something else.

I also am EXTREMELY disappointed with the changes that Clairol made! They took something that was very good (was using Moon Haze by Clairol) and substituted an awful soy-based product that just DOESN'T DO IT! Two weeks after coloring my hair I had to redo it, thinking it might work better the second time! Not so. It's no longer a nice-looking taupe shade (like Moon Haze) but a cheap blondish shade with highlights bordering on orange. I'm very unhappy about this! How could they do such a thing?!!Read Best Reviews of Clairol Professional Liquicolor Permanente Hair Color Here
Since Clairol discontinued the product that I have used for years (and loved). I tried the new soy 4 plex. The color was okay, but my hair felt like a cheap synthetic wig! My hair has always been a source of compliments, even from strangers, until I used this product. Needless to say, I'm looking for a new brand.Want Clairol Professional Liquicolor Permanente Hair Color Discount?
I have used Clairol Professional color for years and loved it. No more. This Soy Plex formula is awful. The first few times I used it, my hair felt more or less okay, but after using it five times, my hair is super dried out. I am going to switch to Loreal. The Soy Plex color looks good when it first goes on, but it fades really fast and looks awful after about three weeks. What were they thinking? Why do manufacturers always have to ruin perfectly wonderful products?
