Ordered what my wife wanted. When it arrived she tried to register it. ghd would not recognize the hologram code. We looked at the model # and saw it was a UK model. Started researching and we found out that ghd uses a grounded plug with a reset. The one we had was your regular 2 prong plug. We also found the pin that holds each side together should be two phillip's head screws on each side. The one we had only had 1 phillip's head screw and a plastic pin on the other side. I was able to return but had to pay the shipping to get it back.
