I ordered this product and it shipped from SFR products, it was not the same thing, had no temperature control and the plates are black not as pictured. It was falsed advertisement and the company doesn't exchange unless the product is defected!!!Don't buy from there!!!

Love it, works great. I love how it leaves my hair sleek and I don't have to redo it for 2 days. I actually bought one of these straightener's from a kiosk at the mall and paid lots of money for it and they wouldn't allow me to return it. Find it here on Amazon and bought 2 more, still for less than what I paid for 1.
