I have several flat irons, one T3, two by the the other leading manufacturer. I also have two hot curling irons. . Of the five products, this one is by far the superior product. It does get quite hot when set on max. If your hair damages easily, be careful. My hair is thick, wavy-curly. Using tools that don't get hot enough is just a waste of time; my hair will look great until I leave the bathroom. I have been wearing it in a braid all summer. I just purchased this flat iron.
