This chi came with a velvet bag and carrying case. The cord was extra long lending ease to reach around the stuff on my counter and not hook on the cabinet door handle. The heat zoomed to 400 degrees in seconds . The handle was comfortable and the on off switch was on the side not in the way.
My hair looks great too!
