This flat iron is just okay, it takes a while to heat up (mine does at least) and the materials feel cheap. I was very surprised to see on the back of the box the suggested retail price, $200! I bought mine from here for $64.99 and I feel like I should have paid less. It curls well though, I have to give it that. I did notice a little shine after using it but I have to pass it over my clientele's hair several times before it is straight (fixing a flip from a blowout perhaps?) Overall, this is just okay, but it is slowly growing on me. I should also mention that it is very lightweight, lighter than I expected. As for the shipping company, I received my order in a timely fashion, sooner than expected actually, but the outer box looked like it got stomped on :/ Also, when I opened the box, the product box was dusty and had some dents. I'm usually not too picky about those kinds of things but it just kind of surprised me, because I've never received a package in that kind of condition.
