DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM DEAD SEA BEAUTY THIS DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. I OPENED IT UP TRIED THE STRAIGHTNER IT DID NOT WORKK. I WENT TO RETURN THE ITEM (THE DAY I RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL)

THE COMPANY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK. THEY SAID I HAD TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER THEY SAID IT WAS A WARRANTY ISSUE. THEY ALSO SAID I COULD NOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY OPENED.

HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW IF IT WORKS IF I DONT TRY IT?

THE HOT IRON HEATS UP IT GETS VERY HOT FOR SOME REASON IT DOES NOT STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR. IT IS NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE.

I have been using the Karmin brand of flat iron since they first came out with the Karmin Titnaium Flat Iron. I loved the iron, the professional results and how durable it was (I have kids who are constantly playing with my things ;) When I saw the new Kamrin Salon Pro G3 Styling Iron I decided to pass off my older model of the Karmin Titanium to a friends daughter and buy the new G3 model with dual voltage.

Now, I was impressed the Titanium and loved how well it worked so I was blown away when I tried my new G3 for the first time and the results were even more amazing! The difference between the two I found was that the new G3 Styling Iron has a higher heat which straightens my thick, coarse hair quicker. If you have fine, thinner hair then the high temperature wont be as big of a deal.

I was so impressed that I took the flat iron to my stylist and she ended up buying a few for her salon!

I have a read a couple reviews in regards to customer service issues however they seem to be more an issue with other companies that sell the Karmin brand. I have had nothing but a positive experience with Karmin's customer service and although it may have taken a day to get a response to my questions, they did answer me, were very friendly and professional.

P.S.I also love the case/heat mat it comes with as well as the new design, super classy!

As another reviewer noted the flat iron did not initially come with the free safety mat/travel bag that was advertised. This was the main reason that I ordered the product from this company vs another site. I emailed the company and had an immediate response. The service representative noted that the matt/bag ships seperately and would come in the mail shortly after the main shipment. I received the mat/bag aproximately 2 working days later. While I was surprised that the two pieces did not ship together, I was very pleased with the great customer service. The product is a gift, so I have not used the product,but two thumbs up fo the service team.

Enjoy the "hot pad" it comes with, but does not seem to heat like my Chi did. I don't think I would buy another.

I'm really confused. It's the first time that I received a different product. I bought Karmin G3 professional and Amazon sent me Karmin Titanium. The Karmin Titanium, Amazon sold in $89.95 and I paid for Karmin G3 $129.95. I need Amazon came back my money.
