I've been using straighteners for a very long time and I've never used one for such a short amount of time had it burn my hair! I don't recommend this product.Update: After contacting the manufacturer regarding this problemthey told me this is not a authorized seller, please be aware. Also, they refused to help me with this issue as well as Amazon! If you want this product, I recommend going right to the manufacturers website.
