love the flat iron . it has a crack in the side but it works super great & also its make my hair silky & soft . it does heat up in 10 sec & ready to use. the light thing keep changing which is not normal my old iso doesn't do that . when is green it means it warming up & if it only turn red again once i use it but this one keep changing color . the ceramic plate also pull my hair at first

but i work on that it work side to side like the real iso . love the item even it has some minor problem . but i got what i pay for & satisfied thank you very much . great packaging you made sure the item was safe & everything was on plastic which is good (:

even this is real or not it worth the money i mean for me it is (: rather than paying 300 dollars on it

i mean why pay more when you get the same value lol .

whoever is going to buy this on people at the mall be careful & dont get scam lower the price as much as you can

because paying 200 more is not worth of money .

sure you get what you pay for, but for the product not to even work....come on! i was excited to get this flat iron considering it was so much money at the mall. when it came in and i tried to use it, it didn't work! the light to indicated the product was on would constantly turn on and off, heat would come and go, and the temp dial only went up to 420 degrees (i would be thrilled to get even that), not 450. and it pulled my hair too!

the cost to send this back was 1/2 the price of the product. dont waste your money!!!
