So glad I took a chance and got this one Love it! Works great on my hair and warms up quickly, had a Wingo before and have seen a great difference in my hair after using this Chi.

I immediately sent this item back once I had it open. It was cheaply put together with cheap materials and didn't quite match up to the real CHI version. I don't recommend buying this on amazon.

I have used a 1" Chi Turbo for years and after a long and full life, my beloved flat iron finally died last week. I bought this item as a replacement, knowing full well that I was essentially downgrading from a salon-quality Chi to a Chi Home product. But I have been nothing less than thrilled with this flat iron. It heats up faster than the Turbo, retains heat longer, and its sleek design allows for much smoother straightening, especially along my hairline. I have used this product several times since purchasing it and have noticed that it shaves minutes off of my morning routine. It now takes about 10 minutes less than it did with my old, bulky Turbo, to flat iron my whole head. Needless to say, I'm one happy customer!!

Bought one of these for my niece in-store and used it. Loved it so much I bought one from Amazon for myself. Makes getting ready in the morning SOOO much faster. Heats up quickly, straightens really well. LOVE IT!
