I was skeptical when I first bought my new flat iron, but I am very happy that I decided to purchase it. It gets hot quickly and with 2 swipes my hair is straight. I have thick, course hair and 410 degrees is definitely hot enough to straighten my hair. A really good flat iron at a really good price. Item was also shipped very quickly.
