For 10 bucks I had no expectations of this product. I honestly thought it would be delivered at my doorstep and not work. Well *knock on wood*, I've had this for about 2-3 months and it still works great. My hair is very short so I only use it for my bang layers. I would recommend a more expensive product for someone with long hair. I cut my hair so often I don't notice if this is actually doing any damage to it.

Everything arrived on time and was packaged well, but I received the wrong product. It was not the same one in the picture that I had been looking for (the one in the picture had always given me great results in the past). But, it was still Conair, so I decided to go ahead and try it. Big mistake. It burned my hair and made it unmanageable. I should have just returned it.
